my poor mom!!!!
my mom almost fell the month beofre we got married but stopped herself by throwing her had out and catching herself on her trunk (she is a teacher and was putting stuff into it at the time) - well, the poor woman is a diabetic and has a hard time healing and of course, you guessed it, broke - well, not broke - spiral fractured her pinky into a gazillion pieces. So, she had surgery and they put in all these pins and things.......fast forward to the week before we got married - the pins come out and she has a soft cast which was of no big deal to me anyway, i was glad she was there.....the monday after we got married she started therapy, and from the beginning, her therapist on it has said he diddn't like the way it was swollen. her surgeon swore it was just healing and despite the therapists request, never wanted to take another xray......
well, today, he finally aggreed since it doesn't seem to be healing and is still hurting her and swollen - and GUESS WHAT???
apparently, they took the pins out too soon originally - the bone is blatantly sticking out in the xray and now she has to have another surgery.....
she is so![]()
and feels like she always has things wrong with her.....and i am mad b/c the poor woman had enough medical probs without a surgeon helping to give her more......
just had to vent.....
