For all those who have forgotten that love is more important than money and that kindness is more appreciated than material items we pray

For parents around the world who struggle to keep their children safe and healthy let us pray

For the family and friends of Michele and Scott who were unable to attend today we pray

For those divided by intolerance, that they may understand and accept their differences peacefully, let us pray

For those who are looking down upon us from Heaven that they are surrounded by God’s love and peace we pray

For this couple, Michele and Scott, that they always remember to hold this day close to their hearts we pray

I think they sound really nice! Much better than the standard every Sunday ones. One suggestion: add the word 'that' here: and'that' kindness. The first time I read it as money and kindness being one thought when it is really two.

I think they are beautiful - I copied them to 'borrow' some for my prayer of the faithful.

My only suggestion is in your last prayer
'For this couple, Michele and Scott, that they always remember to hold this day close to their hearts we pray'. I suggest you add something to make the prayer for more than just your wedding day (i.e. 'For this couple, Michele and Scott, we pray that their love, which we celebrate today, will contine to grow as they begin their new life together').

i think they're wonderful - plus i really like Jeanene's suggestion about the last one (it seems to be what you meant, just stated more plainly).

Very nice. It really adds so much when you put your personal touches to things like this. It elevates a very beautiful moment of the mass to something so much more.

The only thing I'd think to add is after you say a prayer for those divided, it may be nice to add a prayer for those united. Or while you say a prayer for those unable to attend, maybe add for those in attendance. For those who forgot love, add for those who remember it.

Your prayers are perfect they way you wrote it...these just some ideas that came to mind.

Are you also writing your own vows??

Beautiful! With the changes the girls suggest, I wouldn't alter it further.
