My preist left the parish

Me and FI arent very religious but we are getting married in the church anyway. Well we went on the intial appointment with the preist there who is young and funny, he was going to make our wedding special. I was told he is being transferred to another parish and I emailed him and he said he cant come to my church for the ceremony. I am pretty sad about this and FI who is so atheist was actually excited to get married in the church b/c of this man. Just venting, thanks.

Can you.....get married in the church he is now at?

If you cant, I am sure you will meet & like another priest thats at your current church, dont you think?

They are kind of monotone and old and hard to hear but oh well the ceremony is only 1/2 hour.

Hmmm yeah its short and you never know - there might be another new priest there by the time you get married.

I am having church probs myself - I am too lazy to type out the whole thing though....ugh....
