I ordered my dress in March. They said they were going to call me when it was in. They never did that. I also order my bridesmaids and maid of honor dress there. They messed that order up my sister's dress was fuchia and came in purple. I had to get them to send it back. Also my friend is very tall so she wanted extra fabric. They did not even get it. I can not wait to get my dress out of there. I would not recommend to go there for a dress at all.

Sorry to hear that. We ordered our BM dresses from their and my cousin ordered her gown for her July wedding. I hope we dont have any problems.

I HATED them too! Thank god I only got BM dresses there. I would not recommend them to anyone. You can see details in my review which is probably a few pages back. They have terrible terrible customer service. Once they get your money they could care less.

OMG! I was just about to order my dress from them :( Thank goodness for you girls! Where would you recommend going? I want basque strapless ballgown and its hard to find!! This is yesterday at BS of Patchogue.
My cousin got her dress from there and we also ordered our BM's dresses (for her wedding) from there and they were terrible! They screwed up her veil, cancelled several fittings, took in 2 dresses too much, and their customer service was terrible!!! Every time I was there someone was crying because of a mistake they made.....

contact the designer and find out where else they sell it...I bet they carry it somewhere in the city.

Hi! Yes I agree. I went to Bridal Reflections once and they were basically pushing me out the door. The woman was a little rude and impatient, definitely not in the best mood. She kept saying 'well next time, well next time' as if she had somewhere else to be. I was immediately turned off and wound up getting my dress from a trunk show at Adrienne's in Islip. I loved the woman who helped me, the boutique atmosphere and the whole experience. I'm not a fan of giving my money to people and places who blatantly don't care if they get it or not. Two thumbs down on Bridal Reflections.

I'm so sorry you've had a bad experience with them. I bought my dress and BM dress from them too and they have been great to work with so far. I have my first fitting Saturday, hopefully they don't disappoint me then.

I didn't even bother to look there for my dress because of all the terrible things that I've seen/heard.
My friend ordered her Maggie dress there over a year before her wedding. She lived out of state so after the initial purchase most of her contact was on the phone. The dress barely came in with enough time for her to have a fitting (even though it was supposed to be in MONTHS earlier). They never returned calls and were always rude. Good thing she decided to not get it altered there.
My hairdresser also had a horror story (although it was like 10 years ago). They basically ruined her dress, and she had to go to another bridal salon to have her dress sewn and pieced together so it would fit.
ETA: I got my dress at Klienfelds, and the BM dresses at Bridal Suite in Centereach (not assocaited with the one in Patchogue). So far everything has been wonderful.

update - I decided to go elsewhere.... I went to the Bridal Suite of Centereach and bought an INCREDIBLE dress!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy!

I was a BM for a friend and we got our dresses there. A few were 'lost' and mine was stained! (Oil) They had to reorder it and I got it the day before the wedding...it was huge and stained again! I didn't want to pay for the dress...I walked out and they send me a legal letter from a lawyer...so I just paid for the damn thing and SWORE NEVER to go back there again! Glad things worked out for you!

I didn't have any problems with them. I ordered my gown in October, it was in mid-January in plenty of time for my February wedding.
