Brickhouse Brewery(Patchogue)/Rehearsal- A
We rented the smaller private room upstairs. The food was excellent and the drinks were a plenty! Everyone had a terrific time

Sunset Harbour- A++++++++
Andy (owner) is so terrific. He really went above and beyond and provided us with a perfect celebration. The food was never ending, and quite delicious from what I hear (we didn’t get to spend too much time there b/c of additional pictures and introductions). The ceremony on the outside deck was so beautiful. We had both rooms for our day….the CH was in the Club Room and people are saying they haven’t seen so much food in one room before. They were very pleased! The reception was in the Grand Ballroom. I have been getting feedback that it was the best wedding people have been to. I really appreciate the job Gina did as our Maitre D and we really had everything we asked for. The staff was very pleasant and the bartenders were really moving quickly (which is good for our families). My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay there all day/night…it went by so quickly!!!

Pastor April- A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to April. She is such a fantastic woman that has a special talent for putting into words everything we couldn’t say for ourselves. She was able to fully customize our ceremony from one meeting. She spoke as if she knew us for years, and was able to get out of us what we didn’t know we could say. The entire process of working with her was an absolute pleasure! We have had a lot of feedback about how it was the most interesting ceremony people have been to. They were really taken back by how special she made it. I have already given her info out to 2 people…they have sons/daughters getting married and want to hopefully use her.

Absolute Entertainment- A+++++++++
We had Carl (Acoustic Guitar/DJ), Justin (MC) and BaBa (Percussion). Carl was fantastic and really brought a nice sound to the CH. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, and he played songs that everyone could enjoy. Carl was also our DJ and he played everything we asked and more! BaBa (sp?) played percussion throughout the entire reception. He was so cool and really helped liven up our day wedding. We are all quite rowdy, and I was afraid that a day wedding would be laid back…not with BaBa!!! Our MC, Justin, was so much fun. We requested him b/c he is young and energetic. He’s a great dancer and my friends and family loved him. They are also the house DJ at SH so the equipment was already in place and out of the way…an extra bonus!

They were so wonderful. We cannot wait for our Pro pics!!! We had such a blast working with the girls and they never made us feel uncomfortable. They have a certain, relaxed way of doing things. The 6 teaser pics they sent (the next day) were so amazing. What most bride/grooms find so annoying, they make fun! I suggest them for everything….did I mention they love animals and photographed our dog, Jameson , in our engagement pics?!!!! I am so glad to have worked with people that understood us…and how crazy we can be

Timeless Films Videography- A+++++++++++++++++++++++++
Ray is the MAN!!! He is a great guy. He managed to do his job without even seeming to be around us. When I got some pics back from people he was in the background of most of them, doing his thing. The funny thing is we never knew he was there. Everyone at the wedding was talking about how great of a job he was doing, and that he never missed a beat. Please help spread the word about Ray…he is a gem!!

Maggie Soterro/Gown- A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Words cannot express how much I loved my gown. It was perfect for me and I got so many compliments. I wish I could wear it again ?

David’s Bridal- A++++++++
I purchased my Veil, HeadPiece, and Day of Flip Flops from there. I can’t begin to tell you how much people loved my accessories. I saved so much money by going to DB instead of my Bridal Salon. Fantastic and so worth it!!!

Paradise Bridals- C-
I got my Maggie here and if it weren’t for a terrific Bridal Attendant (Elaine) when I first went there and a fantastic Seamstress (Rosalie), they would have gotten an F. They were very rude, especially over the phone when I called in. Also I had to call 8 times to find out where my gown was. They were nasty to me and said it would be in 2 weeks before my wedding date. I flipped out that it was too close and that wouldn’t provide me enough time to get alterations done. I was told I was lucky I didn’t get charged a rush fee…well I ordered my gown 17 months before my wedding and they read the date wrong and must not have ordered it when I asked. If it weren’t for my assertiveness, I would’ve been naked at my wedding!!!

Foresto Tuxedo- C-
They were supposedly (b/c I wasn’t present for this) rude to the boys, the tuxes were stained, the pants didn’t fit (the boys had to exchange between one another), my husband’s suspenders didn’t fit so he had to wear one of his grromsmen’s black ones. His vest was diamond white, so the black suspenders showed through…he had to keep his jacket on for most of the day so he wouldn’t look ridiculous in photos.

Flowers by Burton- A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
My favorite vendor….the flowers were exquisite!! They are priced so well and you can choose whatever flowers you want. Our flowers were still alive after 9 days and are just starting to lose their color and life. I have gotten so many compliments, and flowers were not really our top priority. Burton’s exceeded my expectations by a mile! Go See Them!!!!

Red Carpet Limo (Mt. Sinai)- B+
We took the big Black Party Bus (seats 30 or more). We were all so pleased with the comfort and how new it was. Joe was our driver (he is also my neighbor) and he was so cool. They get a B+ b/c someone else picked us up and they came in the smaller, older white party bus. I didn’t have that in my contract, so I was a bit disappointed.

Tranquility Salon (Mt. Sinai)-A
Leah, the owner did my hair and makeup. The rest of her team worked on my wedding party. The girls all seemed pretty happy with the outcome. I got a lot of compliments on my hair and makeup, so I was really pleased (since I’m a bit of a tomboy), it’s always nice to get compliments!

Wedding Sparkles (DOJ)- A+++++++
I got my DOJ and hair spirals from weddingsparkles.com. It was so real looking and my entire set plus hair spirals cost me $60. If there was something I could say I received the most compliments for it was my hair spirals. They were a low cost addition to a beautiful hair piece and hair style. So pleased to have saved money and looked great!!!

Crowne Plaza Hotel- B-
The hotel was really nice (brand newly renovated) as well as the rooms. The hotel sports bar (Yogi’s) was also a good time. My main issue was that they kept telling people there were no rooms left, when we had a room block. Also when people made reservations, they somehow weren’t on our room block and I had to call and make sure that they were.
