My RSVP Date...

is WED, which means 4 more mail days and I am missing 119 people's responses, which translates to about 60 response cards.

WOW!!! That seems like a real lot! I'm sorry, I was frustrated with 23 shower invites, I can't image dealing with 3 times that many delinquents.

My RSVP date is ALSO July 1st and I am so mad that people can't drop off a little envelope to let me know if they are attending or not. I am missing A LOT too.

It is so horrible that we put a stamp on the envelope for them to send it right back ...and so many people still have not done so either !!!!!!!!!! It is disguisting .....and frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omg that's crazy if they don't answer i would count them as a No and if later on they say oh but i was going i would tell well sorry i already gave the head count to my RH. That's so not right of them to leave you hanging in the wind

Same here, it is so frustrating! People just need to send the cards back, it's not that hard.

I had to call people. I waited one day after the RSVP date and began calling people. I said it was important to me to have the RSVP card, bc I was making a scrapbook, ( and I certainly wouldn't want YOU to be missing from my memory scrapbook my 'Dear Close Friend or Auntie so and so!!!') so PLEASE KINDLY mail it back to me. People seemed to comply after that!

It's one thing if there's some super extenuating circumstance that is making a guest hold off on sending the RSVP until the last minute (ie.a guest whose husband just got out of rehab. . .or FH's uncle who found out last Saturday that he's DEFINITELY being deployed to Afghanistan the week before the wedding). But if you already know the answer, then get it in the mail!!! Our final final FINAL RSVP deadline is today, and we are still waiting on 7 cards. Guess who gets to make phone calls today. . .
