Start calling people!! Have your mom call you family and FMIL call her side and you call the rest.

have your parents get on the phone..my dad is already set up with the phone numbers because my rsvp date is tomorrow and i have 26 left outstanding..

Split the list between you, FH, your parents and FH's parents. Everyone calls their own people.

Yup... mine was April 22nd and they are still trickling in. I had my mom and FH's mom start calling.

That s@$#%$. Why can't people just check yes or no, lick the env. and drop in the mail box. It's a very easy thing to do. They don't even need a STAMP

I still have 3 more weeks until my rsvps are due. I hope this doesn't happen to me.

Mine was the same as yours. We have 40 outstanding and we are completely not making our minimum! We are waiting until Thursday for the rest to trickle in then starting to call people on Friday! Good Luck.

honestly I cant be bothered with calling people. If u dont have the consideration to send back a response then I dont have the consideration to call you to see if you are coming. There is so much stress already with the planning. If they show up the day off they will feel really bad because they will not have any seat. I know this sounds mean but all it takes is 5 seconds to mail a response back

Mine was 4/18/05 and I am still missing half of my actual cards...I did get verbal RSVP's, still missing one family!

UGH! Don't like the sound of this....I am already worrying and wishing I made my RSVP date at least a week earlier sooo if we have to do that it won't be during when things get really crazy. Good Luck and sorry to hear that!

i hate to say it.. but you'll never get them all back.. our rsvp was april 15 (somewhere around there) and we just got one back today.. we've been calling people since the date and they're still trickling in.

its annoying.

we had that problem. though not so many people, but that is because I bugged them from the beginning. Even worse, one couple we had family memebers keep asking if they were coming, and they said yes, and still did not show up!
