My second fitting...what do u think of the bustle w/ pics

I'm tryin to bustle the dress without losing the embroidery on the back. The seamstress bustled it this way, but there is a piece towards the bottom (its hard to see in the pics) that moves when I walk...does that make sense? I don't know if i like that...its the way it's picked up so that u don't lose the bottom of the dress...Does it look funny to u guys?
