My second fitting...what do u think of the bustle w/ pics

I'm tryin to bustle the dress without losing the embroidery on the back. The seamstress bustled it this way, but there is a piece towards the bottom (its hard to see in the pics) that moves when I walk...does that make sense? I don't know if i like that...its the way it's picked up so that u don't lose the bottom of the dress...Does it look funny to u guys?

i see what you mean - at the very bottom, it's almost like a bubble, right? it looks fine to me, i bet most people won't even notice, but if you are concerned, i have heard that some seamstresses can do a half traditional/half french bustle. that way you will still see the embroidery but the bottom will be tucked under. does that sound like something that would work?

Granted she did the bustle really quickly..I''m going back in a couple weeks to see it better done...would I be able to make changes then?? I guess I'll ask her what else she can do and see what I like better?
