My shower was yesterday!!

I was really surprised by it because I thought one of my BM was away this weekend. I thought it was going to be next weekend, so they really got me! My FI told me about a week ago that we were going to go look at places for the rehersal dinner with his mom and then when we went to this place I walked in and all I heard was SURPRISE. I'm still in shock from it!! It was a really nice shower, a lot of people (I think they said about 60). I got so many gifts. My apartment is impossible to walk through right now!

The girls did such a beautiful job with it. It was everything I wanted my shower to be. I'll try to post some pictures later in the week...I have to wait for somone to give me some and then I have to scan them. Just wanted to share with you girls!! The shower is really one of the most exciting parts of the wedding planning process. It was so overwhelming to look around the room and think all of these people are here for me. It was such a special feeling

I know the feeling isn't it awesome??? My apartment was the same way!

Wacky had her shower yesterday too!

It was at Il Sapore in Roslyn Heights!! The place was really nice. Might be good for a RD for anyone in that area!

It was the first time that I had been there. I've gone past it hundreds of times, but never knew it was there. Now I'll always know where it is!

My mom actually just called me to say she got pics already and is bringing them over. So I should be able to have some scanned by tomorrow!

My mom already put an album together for me with all of the pictures!! I will try to take some out to scan in, but I may have a little bit of a delay on this. Sorry girls.
