MY SISTER BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!
Good morning everyone! Wanted to share the happy news that my sister and her hubby are now in contract for their FIRST HOUSE!!!!!! ![]()

My sis's new house!
HOORAY!!!! I am SO HAPPY for them - now they will finally have their own home and they SO deserve it! They have had the worst luck ever - in the past two years they've been to court and lost money over a bad rental in Lynbrook, sis had major problems with a job in brooklyn that didn't pay her for two months, - found a new apt, then got robbed!!! So many other smaller things too - it was like a black cloud was following them around, but not anymore!!! Last year my sis finally got the full-time Art teacher position she's been working towards since she left college. She got an amazing salary AND she just finished her Masters too!! Things are going so well for them and I'm just so happy that my sister will now have a home of her own! I haven't seen it yet, but the pics look awesome and they have a lot of room!! It's in Levittown too, so she's still my neighbor!![]()
They're expecting to have the closing sometime in May, so I'll update once I hear any more good news ![]()
I'm very happy for my sister and just so damn proud of her for getting through all the bad stuff and now finally having something to show for it! Just wanted to share the good news![]()
