My sister had a bid accepted today!
She is so excited and I am very excited for her. It is for a townhouse in Islip. They had put a bid out about a month ago but lost out to another couple. Well, on Monday my sister's RE agent got a call that the original bid fell through and they wanted to negotiate. The contracts get signed on Monday! Now I just need to find something!
