Oneonta ,upstate In Oswego they got 12 feet of snow yes you heard me not 12 inches 12 feet I think this was like 2 weeks ago and they are having so many problems in Oswego with people dying from Carbon Monoxide b/c there is no ventelation since its there houses were covered with snow
