My 'Sweet Dreams' secret!

Hey girls...
I'm sure many of you just (or more!) as stressed out as I've been lately. So I thought maybe I'd share with you my secret for falling asleep a little easier!

Before you lay down in bed, rub some Lavender Scented lotion on your body, arms and hands so that you can smell it as you drift off. The best one I use is actually Johnson's & Johnson's Baby Bedtime Lotion! It moisturizes and smells amazing! The lavender scent is proven to help babies sleep better!... (but it works for adults as well!) You can also use any Lavender scented lotion! I've also found that Victoria's Secrets' Love Potion has Lavender Essence that works very well too!!!

I WISH!! I always hear of things like that and I can't use anything because I get severe migraines grr

Oh, Lynette, hon, I wish!!! I'm like Jenny, kinda!!! Allergies!!!! But, I understand that lavendar is suggested to help people sleep!!! I'd like to contact the Marriott in Farmingdale, where we stayed for Debi and Fred's wedding, re: what kind mattress we slept on!!!! Because I haven't slept like that, for a long time!!! Mary MOB

I love the whole J&J Bedtime Bath line... I'm not a big perfume person but their stuff smells so nice and not too much!

I know I love it too!!! LOL I can just see myself at 80 years old still using the baby lotions!

that stuff is awesome it is a very light scent but it does help a little.

i used to put it on my daughter after her baths and it put her right out

I just went out and bought this lotion, OMG it smells soooooooooo good. i can't wait to try it tonight, hopefully I will sleep better.

I've tried that...doesn't work. What works best for me is I just think of how tired I'll be AFTER all this is done and over with... How happy I'll be and how excited we both will fell. That tends to help me relax all the time... Can't wait!
