My Tip of the Day

Original post by Future Mrs.

Make sure to score the bottom of your wedding shoes with a fork or knife.....
Since they are new, and you will be on a wodden dance floor, this will prevent you from slipping and sliding.

I'm not talking about the insides of the shoes.....I'm talking about the BOTTOMS....the sole........take a fork and go back and forth so that they have traction on the floor....or rub them outside on the street.....We cannot have a slippery bride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know, the Foot Petals things go on the bottoms. They're both to protect the soles from wear and to keep you from falling on your face. They're probably better than scoring them, actually, but they cost $6 or $8. They also have all the cushiony things for the insides, which I'll probably get too. I do NOT want to have aching feet on my wedding day!!
