my uncle had to go in for open heart UPDATED !

I just got the call, the angioplasty(sp) was not enough. They are taking him in now for the surgery! Please say a prayer! ty

it was worse then we thought! he was only working at a 40% with his heart. they are doing a (5) quintuple(sp) bypass. my mom just got the phone call from the hospital. now i am worried! i never thought he was that bad. he is the closest i have to my grandfather! please keep him in your prayers!

If it's any solace, my stepfather had quintuple bypass 7 years ago and is now the picture of health. Medical technology is a miracle! Good luck!

TY THAT DOES HELP ME A LITTLE! BUT I AM STILL WORRIED. DH GETS HOME SOON AND THEN I WILL BE HEADING UP TO THE HOPITAL TO MEET MY MOM THERE(SORRY FOR CAPS)
