My uncle passed away

My uncle/godfather had open heart surgery yesterday to replace a valve in his heart. It was a risky surgery because he already had open heart surgery. The surgery lasted 12 hours but he made it through. After he had a major stroke which left him braindead. We went to the hospital early this morning and sat for hours watching him on the respirator until they took it out and he passed away. Just the entire thing was horrible and I wish I didn't see him die

And it was so weird right after they took the respirator out the lady in the next room had the radio on and all I heard was 'sleep in heavenly peace'

At least my daddy has company in heaven now
