My vendors and final appts?

Ok so the vendors I think I am going to meet with are

Giorgio's
FM Entertainment
Duet Photo?

And I can do the florist and limo over the phone.

Is 4 weeks prior ok for all of these people you think? We have to drive from upstate so we need to plan this out soon...... or would 3 weeks be better?

Also should we meet with Duet? I think they have all their forms online, and we have met our photog at our epics..... I was just going to write out a list of some must take pics but I'm not too concerned bc I trust them...... but is it a good idea anyway?

I was planning on doing all the finals like 2 weeks before~is that not enough time?

Check your contracts b/c some of ours indicated how far in advance we had to make our final appointments.
