I vow that if I am ever asked to be a bride's maid I will only do it if I really want to. Not just because I am asked. If I do accept the responsiblitiy I will check in with the bride every so often and answer her calls whenever I can. I will not leave her high and dry as some of mine are doing to me.

I understand what your saying. BUT it's not an acceptable excuse for totally ignoring me. It goes even deeper than that. I am so angry with this person.

I agree with your vow. I am going through the same thing and I know that I will be cutting two people out of my bridal party at the beginning of the year. It's just not worth it. Good luck with your BM.
It's not even that. I don't need her to do anything. But if I can't get in touch with her now what's going to happen when we go dress shopping or she needs to get fitted. What about rehersal?
