I'm having issues with my wedding date. Here's the scenario:
I work in retail, and I inadvertently booked our wedding on the saturday of a holiday weekend (presidents day) which is super busy. This year they said the store manager (not me) couldnt have any days off that weekend. I'm upset because I'd love everyone to be there. When I originally thought the idea we were thinking of borrowing managers from other stores. I'm not going to change the date because I've already booked vendors. I just have this weighing on my mind very heavily now. Then again lets face it, I work in a store, somebody is going to have to work it's not like we can close. I also wanted to have an afternoon wedding so we can capture the sunset and views of the water...
ETA: Second problem is FH is also a store manager in retail and highly doubt now that they will let him take that week off for the honey moon because schools are out that week...

Re: My wedding date
Aww my date twin. Keep the date. Those who will come, will come. When you get your video, have all those you're close with over to view it and party it up. Wedding Part 2. Even though I'm off the week after our wedding, we want to do a cruise that hits Italy or actually fly there. It will take longer than just a week so we're going to maybe just go to one of the many timeshare scams we've 'won' while attending shows for a quick get a way and then have the real honeymoon in July or August.
