Okay on Thursday my husband and i went to pick up our DVD from the studio( they called while we were on our HM) anyway we were running arounds all day ... whatever... we get home around 11PM pop in the DVD and guess what NOTHING ... Yea thats right NOTHING was on the DVD i called this morning ... they said drop off the DVD we gave you so we can see what we did wrong.... we will call you when the new one is ready ... Im so not computer savvy please tell me i have nothing to worry about! please tell me i still have a video!

I am sure you are fine!! They didn't give you the raw footage, they probably just gave you the edited DVD. Sometimes when you burn a DVD, if you don't 'close' the session, you can't read it. I am sure it will be fine!!

don't worry!! i am SURE they save the raw footage until you are satisfied with the dvd. they prob just didn't burn it properly

When we got our raw footage, we tried to watch it on our bedroom DVD player, and it didn't work. Then we put it on another DVD player, and it worked perfect. I was ready to flip, but I guess my DH DVD player is to old to play burned DVD's. Don't worry, it happens.

I wouldn't worry too much.....I'm sure they keep back up's of all of the original footage for situations just like this.
