My wedding is tomorrow and 2 people cancelled today. What do I do?
I will call the hall, but will I get any $$ back or should I invite someone else? Any ideas?

More may cancel or not show...too late now, but you can give others future advice...try to pay as close to the minumum as possible as there will be no-shows. I paid the exact minimum and still had 11 no shows (I doubt others have that many) so while I was upset that I could have invited others in their place, at least I didn't pay 'extra' for them.
In your case, yes, it's doubtful you will get money back. Ask them if they can add a station to your CH for the same price or some sort of other perk. Or ask 2 people to come.

I would just call, explain what happened, and see what they do. Did you make your minimum? If you did, this shouldn't be a problem. If not, or if they won't credit these meals, see if they can offer you something extra in exchange.

I just had someone cancel today too, but it works out good because my cousin asked if he could bring his girlfriend now, after he responded 1!!! But who knows what will happen in a week!!
