My Wedding Review

My small intimate dinner party was a success!
I can't believe how panicked I was over it all and how it just all seems to fall into place when you have all the right vendors.

Happy Salon in Carle Place::

I had my trial and have used this place alot for my regular haircuts but I felt totally rushed this day.
All she had to do was put a ponytail of synthetic hair on and slap on the headpiece. It was So so easy and took 10 minutes at my trial but well..she went ditzy this day and I wound up practically doing it myself in her salon. Dont recomend this place for wedding days. They do great haircuts but really dont do anything else very well.

What can I say.. she was amazing like I knew she would be. My face was flawless.. she also airbrused my arms and my chest so I Looked PERFECT!
Everything stayed on all day ( she met me at 2 and everything ended at 12am)

WOW..
I was so in love with my flowers I couldnt stop starring at them. Every single flower was excactly what I had wanted and even more beautiful then I remember them being in the showroom. He did white satin tooling all around the chapel that looked awesome.. lots of flower petals sprinkled around my centerpieces ( dont even think I asked for that) the candles, the placecard table, the cake.. everything was just perfect.. thanks John

Obviously I havent gotten my pictures back but Chuck and the rest of the gang were GREAT!
He got everything I wanted and I loved that he was so into my night..
Only thing that upset me with them is that it was like pulling teethe to get them to ever return a call..
I had to call them for about 1 month ( about 10 calls) just to get them to call me back for an apt. I guess that was my own fault then for booking them.
It's just that I LOVED there work and there reputaion and chocked it up to that maybe they are 'just that busy'
I got one back after leaving 4 about four days before my wedding but it was a ' will you be around tomorrow for us to call you back'? I replied ' uh, yea.. please dont forget'
I never got that call.. I call everyday, even the day of my wedding for someone to PLEASE call me back but nobody did.. That really bothered me.
For what I paid them.. I should of gotten a call back to go over things or at least confirm things.

They definitly made alot up in my mind though with the work they did that night. I hope my pictures and vidio will be as great as I think they will.

I had such a hard time finding a rabbi to do a civil type ceremony.. I wasnt so impressed at first with this rabbi's phone manners but after meeting him I really truley liked him alot.
He totally shocked Bill and I with his speech. It was beautiful. We cried the whole time. I was told that most of my guests all approached him afterwards to tell him how impressed they were.

They played every single song I had on my list and did everything thy were sopposed to.

I never would of thought I would of bought my gown there but I was on shopping for a party dress and stumbled across it and had to have it.
Jeez, I dont even know who it's by.. lol
They dont do alterations there but FAYE, the sales lady who sold me the dress does it all out of her home. She had alot to do on the dress and hardely charged me.. she was great..
Those not looking to spend a fortune on there dress, this is a great place to check out

I used there chapel which worked out great for me
My dinner party was held in the Europa Resteraunt..My cocktail hour was in the same room.
I had about 40 ppl and all are still ranting and raving about the food and the service. I had the most incredible waiters and bartenders, I cant even begin to explain how awesome they were.
They took care of me and my guests like we were royalty..all you had to do was look up and there they were.
I'm so bummed I didnt get to eat and drink as much as I wanted to but I was so crazed running around trying to spend time with everyone that I just didnt have the time.
All I know is everyone keeps calling me to tell me that the food there was the best they had ever tasted at a wedding.
Anyone looking to have a small party.. there can not be a better place to have it.
Irwin is the manager of Europa ( make sure you get everthing written down with him, he forgets what he promises sometimes)

All the small little details I lost sleep over really made a big difference. I am happy that I had done such a good job on all of those. The night flew by so fast but I knew it would and enjoyed every single minute ( except the 2 minutes before I walked down the isle and panicked a little)
I am so happy to be a wife and feel now like my life is that much more complete

I know I have never put pics on here but as soon as I get some back I promise I will scan ( I swear I am not THAT ugly) lol
