My wedding stationary samples came!!! W/ Poll & Pics!!

I got my samples from Etsy (Blue Tulip Designs)... and I LOVE them!!!

The menu and the place cards are going to be as you see them...

My one question is do I stick the the black ribbon like on the invite or have her change it to purple like on the response card. I kind of like the black better, I think it looks more elegant and it will look nice when we add a rhinestone or something to the center.

What do you guys think???

i kind of like the purple, it gives the whole look a little 'pop'

I voted for purple, but I like them both!! I like the black because of the uniformity, but I like that the purple would break it up a little. Beautiful nonetheless! Either choice would be great!

I like the black on the invite...but I'm not really a fan of the shade of purple on the response so my answer may be biased.

I think that's my problem with the purple... I wanted a much darker shade.... the envelopes she sent me were right on but she would have to make the ribbon darker...

i voted for black cause i'm not fond of that shade of purple. i would go with something darker and richer looking, otherwise stick with the black. IMO it looks really elegant just black and white!

Ok if she can go with a darker purple then i say go for it...its a great contrast with the rest of the black.

Gorgeous! Martha made my invites too...she is def one of my favorite vendors!!!

I'd probably stick with the black.

The flowers, the satin under the girls dresses... the border on the text box on the placecard... but it's all going to be a much darker purple.

She said she could but I would want another sample sent out just to make sure...
