Well..of course this rain comes after a recent trip to IKEA - we had a ton of our papers on the floor because we bought a new bookshelf. All of my new school books were on the floor ($600 worth!), but I saved them right before the water hit them..

We have a faucet coming out of our bedroom ceiling!!! Which almost got my wedding dress!!!

When I lived in my parents house, I had an apartment in the basement. I had about 4 floods in the 5 years I lived there. I understand the frustration when things get damaged.
