OMG its SO easy!!! They even have a modified version for the wimps (j/k if you have a bad back or something). I would do them right now if I wasnt lying on the floor on the computer eatting chocolate.

OK, I am on the website now and the tapes are onsale. I am seriously considering buying them. Do they really work? How many days a week do you do them? I already do 3 days cardio, 3 days weights so I dont want to overdo it. Looks like the tapes are short though, so I can probably do them at night on cardio days. Curious to see what you ladies think....
