Does anyone know if guests can just go to the ceremony there? I also do not know if the acapella group that is performing at the ceremony and cocktail hour would be considered guests.
I think guests are only counted as people who sit and eat (plus vendors if you feed them)
They can just go the ceremony then leave after. I wouldnt count them in my final number I give them. Also vendors are not considered guests and they should be much less. I am paying $40 per vendor but I dont know if the price changes depending on when your wedding is like the regular cost of a plate
Thanks girls, I am having a continental breakfast before the ceremony and I told the entertainment at the ceremony to help themselves there, lol!!! I guess I should call Lorena. I also have two people that just wanna go to the ceremony, as they were my coworkers from years ago and don't expect to be invited to the recep.
As far as vendors I believe my contract says they are 1/2 price
