My FSIL planned her wedding in 2 months. I believe she bought her dress at Bridal Reflections, they were good....but there's also The Bridal Shop in Mamaroneck. There's always David's Bridal... OH... How could I almost forget...RK Bridal has dresses for sale in a short time frame.....

I got my dress from Bridal Reflections. It's a Paloma Blanca and it came in in about 3 months. Good luck

I'm sorry you're dealing with that mess.
I know certain designers come in quickly, like Mori Lee. A friend was told 2-3 months for hers, and it actually came in in about 2.5 months.

DaVinci has several dresses that have a 6 week turnaround. The website looks a little crappy, but I've tried on a few of their regular dresses and they are quite nice. Bridal Suite carries them.

I am being told that my dress is white though it looks like ivory. I am being told that they might not be willing to change the fabric of the dress in order to accomodate what I want my dress to be. They may but I will not know until Tuesday at the earliest. I want to have some options because I DO NOT want to wear and ivory or ivory looking dress (not that there is anything wrong with ivory it's just not what i want) anyway if need be I will be getting my dress else where and need to know where I can get a dress in 4 months.
Hmmmmm, definately call around to salons. Somtimes there are brides who order their dress and when it comes in, they have changed their mind for whatever reason and the salon tries to sell it at a cheaper price.
My dress came in Ivory even though I ordered white so I know what you're feeling.......i'm wearing mine as Ivory though......but it's your dress and you should wear the color you WANT

IF you can't get the dress in the color you want and IF you need a dress in a rush... I would agree that David's is a good place to go. I didn't even order my dress until January... and I am getting married May 5th! It all worked out well. And yours will work out well too.
