My...not quite perfect...Channa Plaque

My plaque was supposed to say 'From this day forward...' on the top. Channa told me I would have it today, but didn't even mail it until today. But sent me a picture of my finished plaque. The '...' at the end of the from this day forward, aren't there. Ok, it's not THAT big of a deal but it's just the way I wanted it

Channa emailed me soooo apologetic because this is the first plaque in 3 years to be incorrect. Oh welllllllllllllll

ugh that stinks....she didnt offer to have u send it back for her to fix?

did she offer you a refund or a discount since its not the way you want? can you send it back and have her re-do it since she messed it up on her end?

Ditto! I'm holding off on ordering for the time being. Besides, I'm still tweaking the particulars.
