Myregistry .com ?

Myregistry .com ?

Has anybody used myregistry .com or ulimategiftregistry .com for their wedding registries? They're websites where you can register for multiple gifts at various stores, in one centralized place (instead of including like three registry cards in your shower invites, which I'm unsure if thats frowned upon or not?).
These seem really cool to me, and myregistry .com even allows you to register at certain strea dnt then upload that registry onto their website, so you don't lose the fun of going to the store to register, plus your guests have the option then to go to that store (if they're not comfortable with the internet).
I am really leaning towards using one of these, but wanted some feedback if anyone has used these or knows anyone who did...

I'm using myregistry.com and I really like it. I didn't discover the fact that they let you import registries from other stores until after I already signed up, but it was really nice because we had started one and crate and barrel before we decided to use myregistry and so we didn't have to redo everything we had done at the store. You also make a good point that this will be good for people who are not used to using the internet, I hadn't even thought of that! It's really easy to add things to your registry and it's nice to be able to choose things you like from anywhere so I definitely recommend using it!
