That's my favorite nail polish color - I use it all the time! I think it makes my toes look cute!

Permanent meaning it doesn't come off with nail polish remover. Its not polish, its powder and then they put like a sealant type polish and it dries under the uv light quickly, as opposed to polish where u sit for 30+mins.

I'm gonna do my usual permanent french tips with french toes.
