Nail Salon Cleanliness

Does anyone out there bring their own utensils when getting manicure/pedicure?

I do now, but for a while I was not.

Since I've never been cut, does that mean it's impossible to pick up other kinds of germs/diseases/infections if utensils weren't sanitzed properly?

Not to freak anyone out, but just to make aware.
