I was a nail biter when I was younger, and I still pick every now and then... REALLLYY trying to grow my nails out for the wedding and with 2 months to go I'm worried they are going to look horrible.
Anyone have any tricks for me? Anyone use a certain nail polish that helps them grow?

my nails stink too but i use duri's nail growth system rejuvacote. if you apply it everyday your nails will definitely grow and stay strong

i have to get this BIOTIN stuff!!! I also have crappy nails and was a nail biter although lately with all the stress I'm reverting back to bad habits!

BIOTIN is a vitamin. you can get it at any drug store or GNC.
