Nails!

Nails!

I was a nail biter when I was younger, and I still pick every now and then... REALLLYY trying to grow my nails out for the wedding and with 2 months to go I'm worried they are going to look horrible.

Anyone have any tricks for me? Anyone use a certain nail polish that helps them grow?

NailTek helps them grow. I also recently heard something about prenatal vitamins being really good for the hair and nails.

I have been taking biotin since we got engaged, and i have seen a HUGE difference.

extra bonus, my hair is growing faster too!

Biotin has helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!!
I used to bite, now my nails are long and beautiful and people think they are acrylic sometimes. They also became strong like bull!!

if you have no time & you want a quick fix.....you could do a gel manicure... that makes the nails stronger!

this!! my nails grew so fast and barely chipped or broke. i haven't been taking them since before the wedding and now my nails are week. gotta buy a bottle!

I take biotin. It helps a lot for both hair and nails.

I put Naitique on my nails and they grow like crazy!! I used to be a nail biter too. I just put that on and put a nice color that I wouldn't want to chip, so it helps me to not bite.

yessss there have tonsssss of OPI colors to choose from. it's amazing. it looks just like a regular manicure and it doesn't chip! the only reason i go every 2 weeks is because i like my nails short but i could definitely last even longer if i had to.

Aly you should get gel mani's until your wedding so your nails will grow under the gel. I did this for my wedding and they looked fabulous!

my nails stink too but i use duri's nail growth system rejuvacote. if you apply it everyday your nails will definitely grow and stay strong
