hey all..anyone use the name change kits they sell on the internet..and if so..can fh use it to change his name because it seems there are only bride name change kits..thanks

do you think it will be more difficult for him to do since he has children and its not really the norm to have the groom change his??

it won't be difficult. it's the same process as it would be to a bride. just make sure he brings with him the necessary documents (marriage cert w new name, passport, driver's lic, ss card, etx).

so do we just say while we're getting the marriage license that he's taking my name?? will they do that right on the license without any proof?? i'm so confused

Hi, I just saw this now, b/c I was searching for name change info & I wanted to let you know that on the marriage license form there is a box by each person's name for what you want it to be later.
