can anybody recommend a good name changing kit. The online ones make me nervous and I am afraid to give out all of my information so I was wondering if anybody has heard anything good about any of them.

Oooh, those online ones make me nervous too. I can't imagine giving out my name, SS#, mother's maiden name, etc to a stranger.
