You have to go change your name at the Social Security Office first. After searching on the website, I believe all you need is your marriage license, drivers license, and passport. After you do that, you can change your driver's license and all other accounts, credit cards, etc.

You have to go to SS and the DMV to change your SS card and license. Google their websites to find out what you have to bring (I forget what I brought though you'll def. need your marriage license). It's easy you just fill out their form and wait on line.
Everything else you can usually do by phone or fax. Bank, cc, bills, etc.

I actually called the DMV this morning. They are open late on Thursday's and all you need is your marriage certificate. Then you have to go to SS but that I will do another time. You passport you could change with no fee from up to a year that you are married. You also need your marriage certificate.
