Yes I got married 3 months ago, but I think I am finally going to go do it today.
I got the forms from DMV and SS online and filled them out. Should I sign with my old name or my new name?
Also is DMV going to take a new picture? I look so crappy today.
Oh and another DMV question - if I don't change the name on the title and registration of my car is that going to be a huge problem?

Sign with NEW NAME.
I believe it's best if you DO change the title and registration...more for resale/trade-in purposes but also if you get a speeding ticket or get into an accident and they don't match, you'll get an additional ticket.

Damn, that means I am going to have to go back again, I don't have the title and reg. with me. I am not even sure where the title is.....
