I call him babe, snot face (i was on a drop dead fred kick LOL), hey you, captain freedom, when he was sick I called him pnemonia boy, freak, Mr Clean, dork, and if I am mad at him I'll just call him a lot of curses.

His name is Patrick, and people call him Pat. I wanted to be different so I call him Trick or Trick Boy.
We call each other AND the dog Bis. There's a long story behind that one, but it's too silly to share....

I do the same thing with Al - he's Alfred, but most people (other then his family) call him Al. I call him FRED I also through in a babe here and there.
he doesn't really have nicknames for me. He calls me 'wife' or 'beautiful wife' - variations on that theme: sexy wife crazy wife, etc.
