Does everyone's invites have first middle and last name?....We both hate our middle names but everyone is making us feel weird for not putting them.

Re: Names on Invites
ours include our first, middle & last names. FHs insisted on including middle names & i feel that its really the last time to see my name written before i am married & i like the way it looks.

I don't personally think you have to. If you really don't want to, there's no written rule that mandates it. Do what makes you and FH feel most comfortable.

We didn't put our middle names because FH is uncomfortable with his.

You don't have to! You should be consistent though, so if one of you uses your middle name, you both should. However, FH doesn't have a middle name . . . so that was annoying.

I don't, but it's because I don't have a middle name. I originally had FH's middle name on it, but everyone in our families told me to take it out because it looked strange that he has one and I don't.
We did just First and Last names, because both of us hate our middle names, especially me and I refused to put it on the invites

Re: Names on Invites
Well this brings up a very good point.
My first impulse is to say, yes, you should. Butttttttt then I suddenly think about my situation.
FH's name is Federico but NO ONE (but me when I'm annoying him) uses that. They all call him Freddie or Fred. I hate Fred because that is what people refer to his evil father as and because it makes me think of Fred Flintstone.
I love my name, not fond of the middle name.
So, should we do:
Federico and Kimberly and leave it at that?
How do you word invites when the couple is paying and parents are not???

I wasn't planning on including either middle name.

We're paying for our own wedding so we plan on wording it like this:
'Together with our families, we invite you blah blah blah...'

FH doesn't have one so we don't have to. You should do what makes you feel comfortable.
