What is the closest airport to the Napa Valley? I know nothing about CA. A friend asked me if it would be possible to go out there if she planned an October wedding and I'm trying to get an idea of flight costs.

We flew Jetblue into Oakland when we went out there and then drove up.
I've flown into San Francisco before and was so much happier travelling through Oakland (and it's a lot cheaper).

It's about the same distance from both Oakland and San Francisco.

You would have to get a car.
We ended up staying in Napa at the Marriott, we used Priceline's name your own price feature and got the rooms for half price.
