Napkins

Who's buying cocktail napkins?

How many are you buying?

What are you using them for? Will the staff use them during cocktail hour or just at the bar?

I ordered 300, 200 from The Knot and 100 from For Your Party.

I intend on having 150 at CH and 150 at the bar in the Dining Room, because the burgundy from the Knot and the burgundy from For Your Party are different shades, and that bothered me enough that I don't want them in the same room lol. So I'll have the two burgundy sets in unique rooms, and split the ivory ones between the two rooms.

ETA: We will probably have around 125-130 guests.

Thanks for the reply! I read online that you should have 4 napkins per person per hour. Sounds like a ton of napkins!

iam still debating if i want to do this or not. but i think if i were to do it i would just have them by the bars

around how much $$ are they?

That sounds crazy!

I know I probably won't have enough, but I didn't want to go nuts on them, and figured they would supplement the stock ones from the RH, and it's not the end of the word if by the end of the night the stock ones need to be brought out.

I ordered 500 for the CH. Right now, my guest list is at 226. I heard you order 2-3 per person. I might order another bunch if the knot has another really great sale......

I'm actually doing napkins in my colors but not having them personalized...so they are super cheap. Personlized napkins run around 10-15 bucks for 50 napkins (at least that is what I saw).

I ordered 150 to be inter-mingled with the regular white napkins that the bar usually uses. I'm going to have them at the bars at cocktail hour and at the reception hall.
