Re: NASSAU COUNTY CLERK OFFICE

I just pulled this from LI Weddings:

Nassau County:
Hempstead Town Clerk
Oyster Bay
Glen Cove
Long Beach
Rockville Centre
Mineola

I believe this means you can get your marriage license from any of these town halls, but I would call to double check.

Re: NASSAU COUNTY CLERK OFFICE

Do you need a state license AND a county one? Someone told me that some states require it. Also, how much time before the wedding can you get the license?

Re: NASSAU COUNTY CLERK OFFICE

Last week I posted that you could obtain a marriage license in the following towns:

Nassau County:
Hempstead Town Clerk
Oyster Bay
Glen Cove
Long Beach
Rockville Centre
Mineola

This morning I called Rockville Centre's Town Hall and I was told that I have to call the Town of Hempstead @ (516) 489-5000.

Sorry for posting incorrect info.
