Nassau county locations for taking wedding pictures

My wedding reception is in hempstead and my reception is in carle place. Does anyone know of any parks or areas near by where we could take wedding pictures? Preferably somewhere we don't have to pay or get permits. But if we do have to pay, something not as expensive as Westbury gardens lol let me know if you have any ideas! :)

Eisenhower Park? Right by the Garden City Main Fire House there is a nice area with a gazebo. I don't really know of anywhere else

Yes, the area in Garden City by the Garden City Police Department/Fire House is really cute with the gazebo. I think I am going to do my engagement shoot there. Also, Hempstead Lake State Park is really cute. There are a 2 lakes (a small one and the large one) and a picnic area and trees. There are so many small parks in Nassau if that is what you are looking for. Good luck!

CW Post campus is also gorgeous. I don't know Nassau very well so I don't know how close that is to your locations. Planting Fields is also in that area I think, but they charge a $150 permit fee (still a significantly less than Old Westbury Gardens)
