North Ritz Club in Syosset....
has an outdoor area for CH & for ceremony.
We are paying mre but we are also considered getting married in May which is a more expensive month.
It's also one wedding at a time, if that makes a difference to you.
I think Oct-april is cheaper

depends what day you have it, sundays are usually the cheapest =) try coral house, crest hollow, jericho terrace

Chateau Briand - Two of my good friends from high school had their weddings there and the managers were very good about accommodating financial situations (both couples were grad students).
Leonard's - they have an assortment of pricing levels for weddings; due to new staff, their service is revamped and a lot of things are new. Excellent quality, and very thoughtful to different couples' needs. I had my own wedding there and they made sure that everything went without a hitch.
I also recently attended a wedding at Swan Club. It was nice as well.
