Nassau Townhouse for sale
If anyone is looking to buy a Townhouse in Nassau. FH and I looked at one yesterday in Albertson on IU Willets. I found it on the Daniel Gale website.
We both fell in love!! 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, kitchen, dining area w/ marble fireplace, small bar like table and 2 car garage w/ entrance to the home.
But the asking price is 459k maint fees are $250/month. We think thats too much for a 2 bedroom townhome! If it had 1 more bedroom and a small basement I would have definately taken it! :(
The guy living there has it furnished amazingly!! I cant believe he did it himself!! If we bought it I would convince him to leave the furniture behind too!
