Re: Nationalities
Sorry, I get hung up with the technicality of words when it comes to race/ethnicity, etc.
So, my nationality is American. My race and ethnic background is Asian Indian.

How are you JEWISH? Isn't that a religion and not a country where you are from..
Like I am Catholic and Sicilian...

Re: Nationalities
Theresa, sorry about that. I got a little confused. I am an American. Both of my parents were born here. My father's family is from Italy and I am not exactly sure what countries my mother's family is from. I just know that they are from many countries.

Re: Nationalities
Theresa, By saying that your Sicilian is also not stating your nationality. If you're from (born, raised in) Sicily (sp?), than your nationality is Italian, right? But, if you're from the US, then you're American, and your roots/ethnic background is Sicilian/Italian.

Re: Nationalities
Sicilian... I see where the spunk comes from. As for myself I am a 3rd generation American.. and my nationality is Italian- none of us speak Italian any more though (except slang & cursing).
