Near Tragedy Averted!!
Well, maybe not a tragedy, but a big potential problem: Our date WAS 9-14-12.
So, I was speaking to a photographer yesterday who offhandedly mentioned, 'oh you know that is Yom Kippur, right?' NO I DID NOT! We are Catholic, but have lots of Jewish invitees and they would certainly not be able to attend on the holiest day of the Jewish year!
SOOOO many frantic phone calls later and was able to move our date, church~Our Lady of Victory and venue-Floral Terrace, to 9-21-13. WHEW!! So glad we found out now!
