This wedding is seriously going to kill us financially, especially with no help from either sides of our families!!
I think it's time to cut down the guest list again!!!

I feel your pain! We just did ours and we still owe 29,000!!!!!! We are paying for the whole thing ourselves also

wow. thats a lot of money left to pay! FH & i did the math this after noon too, but we only owe about 5k. Either iam having the worlds cheapest wedding, or iam the worlds best bargain hunter, lol. We made payments like would any other bill, we put a few K's every month since we got engaged, but we are def feeling the pinch :(

Fh and I think we owe about 30000 more when all is said and done. We told the hall 200 guests but we know we will have more and I am sure I will add extras when we do the final menu meeting.

I feel your pain every dime of this wedding is coming from fh and I pockets no help from either side but they want the wedding.

ours was 35000 total...we have about 12000 left...it def does suck..i had 2 full time jobs for a while and hes a p/o in nyc. we didnt see eachother but IT DOES GET EASIER

we're in the same boat! I can't believe how much money these vendors charge!!! The second you mention wedding, it goes up another grand

FH and I are very lucky...my parents are helping ALOT but we still have to come up with 10K and I am the budget police! I will NOT go a penny over my budget, FH tries but I put the cabash on that!
