Neat Add-ons to the wedding for guests

I went to a wedding where they had dancing slippers for guests and gave out shawls. It was such a great touch.

I have also been to weddings where they give a rose to each girl and a cigar to each man.

I am looking into having a food cart outside as guests are waiting for their valet car but what other ideas do you girls have or what have you seen as great add-ons for a wedding???

it was really strange but i went to a wedding at glen island where they gave you an ice on thr way out ... very very unexpected treat LOL is that suppossed to sober you up or something? lol

I had my centerpieces broken up into bouquets for all the guests. They handed it to the guests as they were leaving the reception.

I still gets compliments on that

This wasn't at a wedding.. but my my company's X-mas party at Bridge Waters last year we had a last minute treat.

As we were leaving & heading out they had hot cocoa & warm baked cookies for the ride home.

This might be a good idea for those winter brides out there

i am having my wedding at Fox hollow. i added on an exit table, which will be giving guests hot cocoa, hot cider, and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies as they exit.

My RH gives out chocolates as guests leave. One of my friends went to a wedding and they rec'd breakfast as they left- a box with a croissant, cream cheese and marmalade that the bride made herself in it (not sure if there was something to drink also???). I loved the idea but my wedding was during the day!!

One REALLY neat touch is to have personlized car air fresheners made and have the valet attendants hang them on the rear view mirror.

Slipper or flip flop baskets are very popular now.

Where can you get the car airfreshners made? I never saw that, but that would be really cute!

We're doing a food cart with white castle (fh picked that one) and a table with lattes and muffins and bagels (thats the one I picked).

Check out www.stinkythings.com My soon be brother in law owns the company and he specializes in custom made air fresheners! It's reasonable too! :) He is located in East Islip and he has done wedding air fresheners before. I think it's really cute. I was thinking of doing it for our Save the Dates!

tobofoods.com. I checked with RH and they were ok with it.. Even though the white castle one wasn't my idea, I have a feeling more people will go to that one first!

my hall gave out chocolates at the end and i got air fresheners for the valets to put in the cars- i thought it was a nice touch.

I've heard of hot pretzels being given out at the end too

i'm going to ask RH if they are ok with it first but i would love 7-11 to do a coffee cart and/oe a slurpee cart
